Initial business-setup requirement review

Accepting enquiries

Prospective business owners at the research stage who need to understand what a UAE setup enquiry involves.

What Vantora does

  • Read through the details you provide about the proposed activity, ownership and intended location
  • Identify which parts of the requirement fall inside the current active scope
  • Set out the documented next steps, dependencies and known exclusions in writing

What Vantora does not do

  • Advise on which legal structure you should adopt
  • Confirm whether an activity will be approved by any authority
  • Provide legal, tax or financial advice

Information required from you

  • A description of the proposed business activity
  • Intended operating location or market
  • Ownership arrangement, in outline
  • Expected timing

Dependencies on third parties

  • Published requirements of the relevant authority at the time of enquiry
  • Accuracy and completeness of the information you supply

Where a question requires legal, tax or regulatory advice, it is referred rather than answered.

Documentation coordination

Available after a written scope is agreed

Customers with a confirmed written scope who need administrative help keeping paperwork organised.

What Vantora does

  • Help you organise the information and documents an agreed process step calls for
  • Track which items are outstanding and who is responsible for each
  • Confirm in writing when a set of documents has been assembled

What Vantora does not do

  • Certify, translate, attest, notarise or legalise documents
  • Confirm that a document set will satisfy an authority or bank

Document content remains your responsibility. Vantora Corporate does not verify legal sufficiency.

Company-formation process coordination

Available after a written scope is agreed

Customers proceeding under a written scope who want a single administrative record of progress.

What Vantora does

  • Coordinate the administrative steps set out in an agreed written scope
  • Keep a record of submissions made, responses received and actions outstanding
  • Tell you promptly when a step depends on a decision outside our control

What Vantora does not do

  • Issue trade licences or any other authority document
  • Guarantee an approval, a processing time or a specific route
  • Act as an authorised agent of any authority or free zone

Information required from you

  • Approval of each submission before it is lodged
  • Timely responses to information requests

Dependencies on third parties

  • The relevant licensing authority and its published process
  • Any third-party provider engaged separately by you

Final decisions remain with the relevant authority, bank, adviser or service provider.

Referral coordination to professional advisers

Available on request

Customers whose requirement needs licensed legal, tax, audit or regulated financial input.

What Vantora does

  • Explain when a question falls outside coordination support
  • Arrange an introduction to an independent adviser where you ask for one
  • Pass on, with your consent, the background information already gathered

What Vantora does not do

  • Supervise, warrant or take responsibility for the adviser's work
  • Receive instructions on your behalf
  • Set or collect the adviser's fees

Information required from you

  • Written consent to share your information with the adviser
  • A short description of the question you want addressed

Dependencies on third parties

  • The independent adviser's own acceptance, scope and terms

Any professional engagement is contracted directly between you and the adviser.

Fees

Fees and scope are confirmed after the requirement has been reviewed

No packages, price lists or indicative totals are published. Professional fees are stated separately from authority fees and third-party costs in a written scope, together with exclusions and assumptions.
