Six coordination services, with fees stated in advance

Each service states exactly what is included, what is excluded, what information is required and which third parties it depends on. Fees below are Vantora Corporate professional fees. Authority fees and third-party costs are always separate.

How fees work

Professional fees, VAT and third-party costs are always separated

Sandstone geometric screen detail on a contemporary Gulf building facade
Authority and free-zone charges are set by the body concerned and passed through at cost.

The figure shown against each service is the Vantora Corporate professional coordination fee. UAE VAT is added at the prevailing rate and shown as a separate line. Authority fees, free-zone charges, translation, attestation, notarisation and adviser fees are never included in that figure; where they apply they are estimated in the written scope and invoiced or paid separately.

Nothing is charged before a written scope has been issued and accepted. A 50 per cent deposit falls due on acceptance and the balance on completion of the agreed record.
