How it works

Six stages, each confirmed before the next begins

The sequence below describes how an enquiry is handled. It is deliberately slow at the start: scope and fees are settled in writing before any coordination work is carried out.

  1. 01Initial business enquiry
  2. 02Scope review
  3. 03Information and route discussion
  4. 04Written scope and fees
  5. 05Coordination and customer actions
  6. 06Completion or referral

Detail

What happens at each stage

01

Initial business enquiry

You share basic details about the proposed activity, ownership, location and intended timing. No documents are needed at this point.

Vantora Corporate

  • Acknowledge the enquiry
  • Ask only for information needed to assess scope

You

  • Describe the activity in plain language
  • State the intended market and timing
02

Scope review

We review whether the requirement is within the current active scope. If it is not, we say so rather than taking the enquiry further.

Vantora Corporate

  • Assess the requirement against the current scope
  • Confirm in writing whether it can be supported

You

  • Clarify anything ambiguous in the description
03

Information and route discussion

Available options, dependencies, estimated steps and exclusions are discussed. Nothing is presented as approved, priced or guaranteed at this stage.

Vantora Corporate

  • Set out documented options and their known dependencies
  • Identify where independent advice is needed

You

  • Ask about exclusions and dependencies
  • Decide which option you want examined further
04

Written scope and fees

Any support arrangement, professional fees, third-party fees, customer responsibilities and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Vantora Corporate

  • Separate professional fees from third-party and authority costs
  • State exclusions and assumptions explicitly

You

  • Review the scope and exclusions
  • Confirm acceptance in writing
05

Coordination and customer actions

Work proceeds according to the agreed scope. You complete the actions that require your authority or approval.

Vantora Corporate

  • Coordinate agreed steps
  • Maintain a written record of progress and outstanding items

You

  • Approve every submission before it is lodged
  • Attend anything requiring your presence or signature
06

Completion or referral

We confirm the next step, the completion status, or the referral route where the requirement has moved beyond coordination support.

Vantora Corporate

  • Confirm status in writing
  • Hand over the record of what has been coordinated

You

  • Decide whether to engage a referred adviser

Authority requirements, fees, processing times and approvals can change. No outcome is guaranteed.

Fees

How fees are confirmed

Fees and scope are confirmed after the requirement has been reviewed. Professional fees are quoted separately from authority fees and third-party costs, which are not bundled into a single figure. No payment can be made through this website.
