Frequently asked questions

These answers describe how the service actually operates, including the parts that are inconvenient to state. If an answer here conflicts with something said in correspondence, the written scope for your engagement takes precedence.

What does Vantora Corporate do?
It provides business-setup coordination support and general business information for people considering establishing a company in the United Arab Emirates. The work is administrative: reviewing a stated requirement, explaining documented process options, helping organise information, coordinating agreed steps and keeping a written record.
Does Vantora issue trade licences?
No. Trade licences and every other authority document are issued by the relevant licensing authority under its own criteria. Vantora Corporate is not a government authority, free zone or authorised agent.
Does Vantora provide legal or tax advice?
No. Legal, tax, audit and regulated financial advice are outside scope. Where a question requires that input, it is referred to an independent adviser who contracts with you directly.
Are authority fees included?
Authority fees and third-party costs are never bundled into a Vantora Corporate fee. Where they apply, they are identified separately in the written scope, and the amount payable is the amount published by the authority or provider at the time of submission.
Are business-setup timelines guaranteed?
No. Authority requirements, fees, processing times and approvals can change. Any timing given is an estimate of administrative steps and excludes time taken by authorities, third parties or by you.
Can Vantora guarantee a bank account or visa?
No. Bank account opening and residence permissions are decided by the bank or the relevant authority against their own criteria. No provider can guarantee those outcomes.
How are service fees confirmed?
Each published service carries a stated professional fee in AED. After you request a scope, the fee is restated in a written proposal alongside the exclusions, assumptions, customer responsibilities and any third-party costs that apply to your specific requirement. Nothing is invoiced until that proposal has been issued and accepted.
Is VAT included in the published fees?
No. Published professional fees are stated exclusive of UAE value added tax. Where VAT is chargeable it is shown as a separate line on the proposal and on the invoice at the prevailing rate of 5%.
How does payment work?
Coordination work begins against a 50% deposit invoice, with the balance falling due on completion of the agreed scope. Written reviews are invoiced in full before the review is carried out. Payment is made by bank transfer or by card through a hosted payment page operated by the acquiring bank; no card details are entered on, processed by or stored on this website.
Can I pay a fee that is different from the invoiced amount?
No. The card payment page is locked to the amount on the issued invoice for your case reference. If the scope changes, a revised proposal and a revised invoice are issued first.
What is a case reference and how do I use it?
Every accepted scope request is given a reference in the format VC-YYYY-XXXXXX. Together with the email address used on the request, it opens your proposal, invoice and current status on the case page of this website. It is also quoted on every email about the engagement.
What happens if my requirement turns out to be outside your scope?
We say so and close the enquiry rather than take it further. If a fee has already been paid for a review that cannot be carried out, it is refunded in full. Where the requirement needs a licensed opinion, a referral is offered instead.
Do you act for me in front of an authority, free zone or bank?
No. Submissions are made in your name and on your approval. Vantora Corporate is not an authorised agent, and no submission is lodged without your written confirmation of its content.
What is the difference between the review services and the coordination services?
A review is a one-off written output: you receive a structured summary of the requirement, its steps and its dependencies, and the engagement ends there. Coordination is ongoing administrative work over a defined period, with an agreed record of submissions, responses and outstanding actions.
Can I engage you if I already work with another provider or agent?
Yes. Coordination support is often used alongside a licensed adviser, an accountant or an existing agent. We do not require exclusivity, we do not contact your other providers without your consent, and we do not comment on the quality of their work.
What personal information do you hold, and for how long?
At enquiry stage we hold what you provide about the business, your name and your contact details. Identity documents and financial records are handled only under a formal engagement. Records are retained for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, and you may ask what is held about you at any time.
Do you work with clients outside the UAE?
Yes. Most enquiries come from outside the country. Coordination is conducted in writing by email, and anything requiring physical presence, original signatures or in-person attendance remains your responsibility and is flagged in the written scope.
What languages do you work in?
Correspondence, scopes and invoices are issued in English. Where an authority requires Arabic documentation, translation is arranged with an independent legal translator and charged at that provider's cost.
What information is needed for an initial discussion?
A description of the proposed activity, the intended operating location or market, the outline ownership arrangement and your expected timing. Identity documents, financial records and payment details are not requested at enquiry stage.
Can I cancel an engagement?
Yes. Cancellation terms are stated in the written scope agreed before work begins, including how work already performed and any committed third-party costs are treated. Because no engagement can be entered into through this website, nothing is payable as a result of sending an enquiry.
How are refunds handled?
Refund conditions form part of the written scope for each engagement and are agreed before payment of any kind. No payment, deposit or purchase is possible through this website, so no refund situation arises from using it.
How do I raise a complaint?
Write to management@vantoracorporate.online with a description of the matter and any reference you have. Complaints are acknowledged in writing and a response is provided by email.

A question that is not answered here is usually one that depends on your specific activity, ownership or jurisdiction. Send it in writing to management@vantoracorporate.online and you will get a written answer, or a clear statement that it needs a licensed adviser.
