Who this is for
Customers whose requirement needs licensed legal, tax, audit or regulated financial input.
Variant: One defined need. Fulfilment: Referral record and written handover of the background already gathered. Indicative timeline: Introduction arranged within 5 working days of written consent.
What is included
- A written explanation of why the question falls outside coordination support
- An introduction to an independent adviser working in that field
- Handover, with your consent, of the background information already gathered
- A written referral record for your file
What is excluded
- Any endorsement of the adviser or of the outcome of their work
- Supervision of, or responsibility for, the adviser's advice
- Receiving instructions on your behalf
- The adviser's own fees, which are set and collected by them
Information required from you
- Written consent to share your information with the adviser
- A short description of the question you want addressed
Third-party dependencies
- The adviser's own acceptance, scope, availability and terms
Cancellation
Cancel in writing before the introduction is made for a full refund. Once the introduction has been made, the fee is not refundable.
