Setup Requirements Review
A structured written review of the activity, ownership and location requirements that apply to one proposed UAE venture.
Who this is for
Individuals or companies considering a first UAE establishment who have not yet committed to a route.
Variant: One venture, one written summary. Fulfilment: Written requirements summary issued by email. Indicative timeline: Issued within 5 working days of receiving complete information.
What is included
- Review of the information you supply against the published requirements in force at the time
- A written summary of the documented steps, sequence and known dependencies
- A written statement of what falls outside the current coordination scope
- One round of written clarification questions after the summary is issued
What is excluded
- Legal, tax, accounting, audit or financial advice
- Any assurance that an authority, bank or adviser will approve a request
- Representation of you before any authority, free zone, bank or ministry
- A recommendation of which legal structure you should adopt
- Authority fees, name-reservation fees or any government charge

- Intended operating location or route
- Ownership arrangement, in outline
- Expected timing
Third-party dependencies
- Requirements published by the relevant authority or free zone at the time of review
- Accuracy and completeness of the information you provide
Cancellation
Cancel in writing before the review begins for a full refund of the professional fee. Once the review has started, the fee is refundable in proportion to work not yet performed.
