A written review for one expansion scenario: a new activity, an additional location or a change of ownership.
Who this is for
Existing UAE entities considering an activity, location or ownership change.
Variant: One scenario, one written summary. Fulfilment: Written requirements summary issued by email. Indicative timeline: Issued within 5 working days of receiving complete information.
What is included
- Review of the change against the published requirements in force at the time
- A written summary of the documented steps and dependencies the change would involve
- A written statement of what falls outside the current coordination scope
What is excluded
- Legal, tax, accounting, audit or financial advice
- Any assurance that an authority, bank or adviser will approve a request
- Representation of you before any authority, free zone, bank or ministry
- A recommendation on whether the change should be made
- Authority amendment fees and any government charge

- The change being considered
- Intended operating location or route
- Ownership arrangement, in outline
- Expected timing
Third-party dependencies
- Requirements published by the relevant authority at the time of review
- Accuracy of the entity information you provide
Cancellation
Cancel in writing before the review begins for a full refund. Once started, the fee is refundable in proportion to work not yet performed.
