1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to coordination services purchased from Vantora Corporate, the trading name of Clicked IN FZE LLC. It covers professional fees invoiced by us. It does not cover authority fees or third-party charges, which are paid by you directly to the relevant provider and are governed by that provider's own terms.
2. Before work begins
A deposit of 50% of the professional fee becomes payable when you accept a written scope. If you cancel in writing before any work has been carried out on that scope, the deposit is refunded in full to the account it was paid from.
3. After work has begun
Once work has begun, cancellation is settled against the work actually carried out and recorded up to the date your written cancellation is received. Any unearned balance is refunded. Where the work carried out exceeds the deposit, the difference is invoiced.
4. Written reviews
A written review is treated as delivered once the review document has been issued to you. Delivered reviews are not refundable, because the deliverable cannot be returned. If the document issued does not match the scope you accepted, tell us within fourteen days and it will be corrected or refunded.
5. Monthly coordination
Monthly coordination may be cancelled at any time with thirty days' written notice. The current month is charged in full and no further months are invoiced. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty.
6. Authority and third-party fees
Government, free zone, notary, translation, attestation, courier and adviser charges are not collected by Vantora Corporate and cannot be refunded by us. Most authority fees are non-refundable once lodged, whatever the outcome of the application.
7. Cancellation by us
We may end an engagement in writing where information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, where a requirement falls outside our scope, or where continuing would be unlawful or improper. In that case any unearned fee is refunded in full.
8. How to cancel
Send written notice to management@vantoracorporate.online quoting your case reference. Cancellation takes effect on the date the notice is received. Refunds are processed within fourteen days of the settlement being agreed, to the original payment account.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a settlement, write to us with your reasons. The matter is reviewed and a written response is issued within fourteen days. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable UAE law.
