- Timely cancellations may be refunded or rescheduled.
- Late cancellations and missed sessions may be non-refundable.
- Vantora may reschedule or refund when unable to deliver.
Professional Service Fees
- Cancellation may be available before work begins.
- Work already completed is non-refundable.
- Administrative and document-review work may be deducted.
- Custom-preparation costs may be non-refundable.
Government & Authority Fees
- Fees already paid to an authority may be non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility is determined by the relevant authority.
- Vantora cannot guarantee recovery of submitted authority fees.
Third-Party Fees
Translation, attestation, courier, workspace and external professional fees may become non-refundable once committed.
Declined Applications
A declined licence, visa, tax or banking application does not automatically create a refund of completed professional work, authority fees, translation, attestation, medical, identification or third-party expenses.
Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors are reviewed separately. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banking and card-network processing times are not guaranteed.
